SHOOT ME! WHILE YOU WERE OUTjust met? say hi!

Your Data

the short version: no ads, no trackers, no analytics, and nothing is sold. we keep what the site needs to work, and you can ask us to forget you.

cookies

  • session: one signed cookie, unreadable by scripts. it holds your cart and shipping region, and your sign-in if you've been cleared for S-4 or Conspiracy Theories. it ends after a month, or when you cut your badge.
  • cur: the currency you picked (USD or JPY), for a year.
  • Cloudflare, which shields the site from bots, may set a short-lived security cookie. it isn't used to follow you around.
  • your browser also remembers a few things only it can see: songs you hearted, where you dragged your badge, the player volume, and that you closed the cookie notice.

if you apply for clearance (S-4, Conspiracy Theories)

  • we take your name, email, a badge photo, your network address (IP) and browser.
  • they live on our own server, never on a public page. only the band sees your photo, to decide on your application.
  • your badge only works from the network you filed from, and each visit and its times are logged. that log is the accountability: what's inside stays inside.
  • denied? your photo is destroyed straight away.
  • didn't tick keep my file on record? your photo is destroyed when your visit ends.
  • ticked it? we keep your name, email and photo so the door can email you a re-entry link from any network. each link works once, lasts a day, and we're told when it's used.
  • on Conspiracy Theories we also keep the notes you pin and the files you send, on our own storage, to work on the songs.

letters, orders and support

  • a letter from the contact page reaches us by email with the name and address you give it.
  • the just met? say hi! page sends us the details you give it, and your selfie if you add one, so we can save you as a contact in our phone. the photo is cropped and re-encoded, which strips its location, and is never shown on the site.
  • orders keep your name, email and shipping address so we can ship and answer questions. card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your card number.
  • photos and videos you beam up are re-encoded, which strips the location your phone writes into them, and nothing is public until we approve it.

forget me

to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, send us a letter from the address you used. we'll do it and tell you when it's done.
